i have no idea on price but you can TOTally sun fade that!!!
any hair trims?

There aren't  trim in the hair and I think there are not also in the tail even if it isn't perfect.

I absolutely agree with Rel - zit cream if you are careful but definitely sun fading is the way to go and you have yourself a $200plus MLP again :-)

hope you are planning on restoring him to his glory, as he is an easy fix :-)

I would have said around the $200 mark those marks can be sunfaded his hair doesn't look trimmed to me, italian ponies often have "choppy" hair.
