Does Big Bad Toy Store always take this long?

I preordered a box of the wave 7 blind bags on January 5th and it still hasn't shipped. At least I'm assuming I'll be notified when it does ship. I'm getting impatient. What do you guys think...should I wait it out, or cancel and buy a box elsewhere? Either way, I don't think I'll buy from BBTS again.

We're in the same boat! I've placed regular orders from BBTS before and everything went pretty smoothly, but the wave 7s are my first preorder and it's not going so well. Really hope they ship soon-or at least explain the holdup.

BBTS has a habit of taking forever to get product in for pre-orders, even to the point that they just cancel your order entirely, sadly. Happened to my fiance recently (for two imports, though). I hope things get sorted out for you guys!

Nice to know I'm not the only one they're taking their sweet time with. I wasn't going to count it anyway, but maybe this blind bag box won't interfere with my 30 day challenge after all! If it STILL hasn't shipped by then, I think I'll just cancel and try my luck on Amazon or something.

I noticed yesterday that they changed the estimated arrival date from Jan. to Feb.
(I really want this set and have been checking the status of it on bbts nearly every day to see if they get them in stock before my nearest Walmart does.) Right now the pre-order is sold out. I think they just haven't received any yet.
