Why is Magic Star carrying Danny a blooper?

It would appear Magic Star is an earth pony; she spontaneously grew wings just for that scene!

The most blatant one I've seen is Princess Primrose having a red tail throughout most of "Quest of the Princess Ponies". 

Also, Princess Sparkle is called "Lilac" in that episode the one time she's mentioned by name.  ("If Lilac would just get her hooves out of the dirt--")

Heh, Sundance looks really evil in this shot.

It's amazing how low budget this cartoon was. But the errors make it more amusing. Gotta admit the ponies were super cute.

Quest of the Princess Ponies has the most blatant mistakes I have seen in any episode!

There are also these:

- Wind Whistler and Locket exchange voices at some point, and call eachother by eachothers names

- Princess Tiffany is never captured by Lavan and taken to the lavamen lair. Only the other princess ponies are captutred. But, in many group shots of the princess ponies wandering underground, princess Tiffany is included

I think "the case of the two Sundances" is really "the case of Sundance and Baby Sundance". 

But yeah, Sundance looks totally evil there!  "Soon . . ."

I don't remember the old cartoons, but FiM is definitely following in the footsteps of "weird animation errors"--and since it's done in Flash, the errors tend to be things like "pony's head and neck don't match up" or "pony has an extra ear."

Also, Applejack loses her freckles at least once in every episode of FiM, I think.  They accidentally made her default head-down-run animation freckle-less, so whenever she runs with her head down...no freckles!

One of the "bronies" even compiled some YouTube animations of all the errors in each of the first two seasons.

From "The Ice Cream Wars", I believe. Baby Lickety-Split looking at.. herself.

The Ice Cream Wars in total is really confusing to watch. The episode begins wit Fifi, Quackers, North Star and Lickety Split. First Fifi turns into Tic Tac Toe, then North Star turns into Fifi, then Fifi turns into North Star and Tic Tac Toe has a white body, then Tic Tac Toe turns into Fifi, then North Star turns into Baby Bouncy. Nex there are Five ponies in the same shot! Lickety Split, Bouncy, Quackers (with pink body), Tic Tac Toe and Fifi. Then Fifi turns into North Star, then Tic Tac Toe turns into Fifi. Only Fifi, Quackers and Lickety end up running into the ice cream shop, where Lickety turns into North Star. Then Lickety reappears from nowhere! Finally, a bit after 8 minute mark we get to see all six of the first tooth babies in one shot!

You don't get more random than that!

She wasn't the only one to have a different name in the cartoon, Quarterback was called 'Score' throughout the whole of the "Somnambula" ep :B I kind of assumed they were pre-production names or something.

The My Little Pony movie has an error that has always stuck. There's a scene when they're running away from the giant spider. I can't remember what ponies got replaced, but for a minute there's Gingerbread and Sweetstuff.

I love errors! Some of these I've not seen before.

In MLP Tales there is an error in the episode "The Tea Party". Mommy Berrytown refers to her baby as "Posey" but then Sweetheart calls her "Cherry" just seconds after.

There's also a moment in the movie where the Smooze is coming, so Buttons yells for everyone to get on the roof . . . and then Baby Lofty runs by, followed by ANOTHER Baby Lofty.  Both of whom are unicorns.

There's an error in MLP Tales "Blue Ribbon Blues" where the debris form the torn teddy bear disappears after the parents said they'd get rid of it in the morning. Oh and there's the error where for one frame in "Battle of the Bands", one of Melody's band members is faceless.
