DJ Pon-3 box with no foil???

I ordered the Hot Topic DJ Pon-3 exclusive card box online and got it today.  I was so excited until I opened up and saw that it contained everything EXCEPT the DJ Pon-3/Octavia foil card!!!  Has anyone else had this problem?   How should I go about getting my foil card without having to spend another $13 on a box??

Contact enterplay on their facebook or e-mail them. They seem to be good at customer service, I've seen someone contact them about a missing Pinkie foil.

That's rather disappointing 

I would do what was mentioned above or contact Hot Topic since that is where is was purchased from.  And see if they have a solution for you.
