Oh my gosh, I used to watch SO MUCH ARTHUR!    I like that one, I vaguely remember that episode.  Wish I'd had this picture during the elections, I would have made that my facebook profile pic.

I remember this episode well, but sadly, it was one of my least favorite ones. >,<;

Family trip, Arthur wants to go to the White House, DW Wanted ponyland, they go to the White House, DW being a pain in the rump with her no pony anywhere hissy fit, she gets lost, see's a picture of George Washington on a rearing horse, meets president (lol Clinton), see's more pictures of horses, they have dinner with the president, on the drive home, all of a sudden DW knows about politics.

Iono for me it was just a bland long episode I didn't enjoy much.

Stupid NTV7! Dropping Arthur for Street Fighter The Anime! As if people beating the crap out of each other is more entertaining than a show that makes me feel not alone in this world

It's actually still running, as far as I know; a little while back they were promoting the first episode of the new season (season 13 maybe??) on youtube. I haven't seen Arthur in a long time, but from what I hear it's mostly the same, just a slight change in the way it's animated. (They seem to be using flash now, I think?)

It hasn't been shown in Malaysia for years

NTV7 only aired the first season then quickly dropped it for Street Fighter II the Anime. I wrote to them asking them to bring it back and the one sentence answer I got can practically be summarized to "hahaha NO!".

Disney Channel Asia did eventually bring it in back in 03-04, but then cancelled it halfway through the fifth season for no reason

Singapore is still airing the show and is up to the latest season from what I understand. Alas, I live too far from Singapore to be able to get Singaporean TV- The signal only covers up to south Malaysia, and I'm in Central Malaysia

So can you see now why I was so happy with FIM season 1 feeling exactly like Arthur, and why I went berserk when Hasbro moved the series towards a different direction from Season 2 on? I've did some thinking and insane troll logic tells me that I may not get to see Arthur ever again.

Torrent? Two problems- 1: only up to season 13 is available for torrent. And 2: The Malaysian government has issued instructions asking ISPs to cripple P2P and outright block most major Filesharing sites. Youtube? All I found were random episodes, and they have had their videos messed up (i.e. flipped, watermarked, and audio pitch-shifted) apparently because WGBH has decided to declare war against uploaders

There is one more other way, but apparently it depends on whether the censorship servers are in a good enough mood to let me through given that there's a 50/50 chance of not being able to connect, and if I succeed I'm forced to watch the show in a language I don't understand
