That's Jewel. A unicorn from the Fantasy Fillies line from the mid-90s. I had her at one point. The one I had ... had a larger crystal-shaped horn though. I've seen loose FF go from anywhere from $10 to $45 depending on their body condition, scuffs, if they still have their hair bands, etc.
