G1 as a G4 Jebber!

I had to use a basic G4 for this because I have a hard time finding the fillies/justifying the cost of them for customizing.  I finished her a couple days ago actually, probably the quickest custom I've ever done- she was done in less than a month.
...Come to think of it, she might be Jabber and not Jebber...  Oh the identicalness!  I'm making another g4 twin to this one soon, but she's going to be slightly different.

Thanks! having a daylight lamp really helps.  I'm not 100% happy with the eyes, since they seemed to dry down slightly when I sealed them- then again I'm a perfectionist so if I go down this road now I'll have a million little things to point out.

I noticed something strange though, I had to strip the paint off and start over at one point.  Anyways, it almost seemed like all the yellow had been sucked out of the paint and into the body!  It was bright yellow green!  No big deal since it was getting a total paint job anyways, but it makes me worried about how Lyra/ponies with Lyra's colors will age.

She's adorable! I'm not surprised you had problems with the paint though. It seems something in the G4's reacts to paint and sealant. Hopefully she won't transform into a swamp monster when you turn your back.

Nope!  She's still not a full on swamp monster.  Neither are any of my other G4s.  I believe the only ones with slight tackiness issues are the ones I used a spray seal on.  But the straight up acrylic girls? All doing just fine.  Even my oldest one.

I think what I saw might have just been a problem with the dye.  I attempted to bleach a different Lyra with hydrogen peroxide and sunshine, and I noticed some strange yellow splotching starting to surface when I did that...  Ah well.  The paint is opaque enough that it doesn't matter what's actually causing it.
