POTD 1/17/12 Baby Penny Candy

Found her at a thrift store along with Wyseria III.

I quite like how with G3 babies, they have long legs like real foals.  Unlike certain G1 babies who appear to have had their legs amputated about the knees...  not that they aren't cute though!

I have Penny Candy and I like her very much!

I've never thought about that but you're right. Newborn foals are so sweet with their long, gangly legs

Have her and love her! While her color scheme may not be my favorite among my babies, her name and cutie mark more than make up for it <3 I LOVE the way G3 babies look and for awhile they were the only G3s I wanted to collect since there's not too many of them (still would have liked maybe a feeeeew more...including a unicorn baby), and she was one of my first I managed to get a hold of. Very sweet!

I LOVE her symbol! I'm a huge sucker for food ponies. I'm not all that big on G3s though, so if I ever get her it'll be way down the road.

I'd never seen her before.  But her symbol is, seriously, one of the cutest g3s I've noticed!  I may be in my forties, so I don't really remember penny candy in the shops, but when my family took me on holiday in Vermont, there was this little general store, all gussied up to look like the real deal of old, and they even had the big glass jars of penny-style candy!  Though it was significantly more than a penny by that time... I still have fond memories of prying candy buttons off their paper.   That said, I may have to get this little lass just for the memories her symbol inspires.

She is one of the G3 babies I still need. She's so cute. I'll have her someday.

I have her just because I wanted to make sure to get all the babies-they are pretty cute with their "bell-bottom" legs!
