I know we allowed it in the past especially if the person was a member here too,  but it was then decided against, and so we dont allow feedback for offsite transactions anymore
...
 However, if you ever have an issue/bad experience with a seller or a buyer on ebay, then we do encourage you to make a post in TS to warn others about the person. LBS will also add dodgy ebayers to the bad trader report that she keeps   you can also post here if you had an especially good pony buying experience on ebay that you'd like to share
