nothing at my Target looked unusually low-priced... overpriced, if anything. Was it on clearance? Stores determine clearance items individually, so maybe you got lucky!

City Target is considered like a different store from a normal Target. The ads and pricing are different.

There weren't any ponies on clearance at my Target (in the same city as galactica but mine is a regular target)... but tons of toys were marked down to 70% off, but everything is almost gone now!
