After days of wandering through abandoned halls and echoing caverns, the adventurer stumbled upon an ancient chest. It was locked, but the rotting wood and rusted hinges crumbled at the man's touch. Holding his breath, he removed the remains of the lid. The flickering light of his torch revealed a sparkle, a wink of something that looked like a gem on the bottom of the chest. He reached for it with a trembling hand, fingers closing around an uneven shape. Pulling out the small, light object he knew he had found what he had come for:
The Dwarven Treasure.

I had a G1 Startshine bait with pink (pen?) and rust markings and a new 'pearly' gold paint that needed to be tried out. The paint screamed for a white pony and so it happened. Her working name soon became 'Dwarven Gold' (or Goldie
). I totally blame watching The Hobbit for that. She is covered with irregular smears and patches of gold all over her body. This and the brush strokes in her gradients are intentional. The pen markings were not all covered up. It doesn't bother me, they add to her ancient look. The rust spots are hiding in the 'symbols'. Shinies were added for extra sparkle. After that, she was offically (re-)named Dwarven Treasure.
(Sorry for the photo quality, better pictures will come when it stops being winter, just wanted to show her now
