How can I tell if I have a MO collector Pony?

I came across a CC Cotton Candy in my trade bin last night who seems different than the one in my collection.  She is darker in color and a tad shorter than my collection pony.  I think she might be the MO version but I don't know how to tell for sure.  Can anyone help me out? 

Oh and she is not the 25th anniversary version realeased during the G3 line.

I think MO Blossom is more pink than Year 2 Blossom, and MO Cotton Candy has blue eyes.

Cotton Candy is the easiest MO to tell apart she is super dooper pink in comparison to her regular friends - a startling bright pink. Do you have a picture thats probably the easiest way for people to help you?

 As I've tried looking at my Cotton Candy to see if she was different and I can never settle on a decision. She looks pinker than she should do to me, but that might just be my eyesight

I do keep meaning to get pics every time this discussion comes up but honestly havent had the time. Here is an old thread with a comparison picture - however I would note that I think the camera maybe dulls her out a little in the image as she is a really really intense pink in comparison to other CCs. But this is a good indication of how different she is.

That is a GREAT photo comparison!  I have one I took of most of my Collectors' Pose ponies but I haven't started IDing them yet.  I'm sure that thread on the old Arena will help me out a lot!    Thanks for sharing it!

Now that I see that picture, I think my year 2 Blossom is really a MO.
