New Repo Princess Wands (Feedback Questions Added)

Wow - AMAZING. I would LOVE to buy your wands... and in response to your questions:

1. If you want to buy a wand, what price would you pay? I want to be as fair as I can on pricing, so I need feedback.
I am seeing the real wands go for upwards of $10... I mean, it all depends on how much it costs you to make them, but if you could still be earning a profit at $5 a wand, I'd be interested...

2. Does anyone want a specific color of wands? For instance, would anyone be interested in colors that Hasbro never produced, like black or clear/white wands? Or is there more a demand for original colors? If so, which ones?
Personally, I'd be looking for the original colors... mainly the ones that weren't so produced like the golden yellow and magenta (just me, again, personal opinion)... but I'd also like to have a nice ORANGE one for my Princess Rinse 'n Spit..

3. Would anyone like to buy a whole set of princess wands? Or just individual wands? What price should I charge for a set?
Again this is just me, but like I said, I'd probably buy them individually, and would feel okay at $5 but only if that's a price you could still be earning a profit with...

Well if you sell them, I need to stalk this post cause I'd love a few...

For me, I'd want a Tiffany wand... but I'd expect to pay less than an original wand costs, though I don't know how much they go for now, I haven't really been looking

I would be willing to pay between $5-7 USD per wand.

I would be looking for them for my princess ponies. The only wand I have atm, is Princess Sparkles wand. So yes, I would be looking for the same colors as the original wands.

Well I do need most of a whole set.  I need all the wands for the first release besides Princess Sparkle. I also need Princess Pristina's wand.  So I do need 6, but 5 from one set and 1 from another.

I'd be most interested in custom wands! A pink for one of my Sundances, definitely, and maybe a few others depending on the price. If you could use different glitters and stuff like that I'd definitely want more.

I probably wouldn't be interested in an original Hasbro colors set, but if you offered different types of sets (like one every color of the rainbow, black and white, etc) I'd likely be interested. Not sure about a price though.

I'd be perfectly ok with $5 each However you need to think about your material costs and time- I think you should probably do a mold that can handle several wands at once to make things more efficient for you. I bet these will have lots of demand because the real ones can be so difficult to track down.

I will probably need all sorts of colors as I have a princess army and lots of alt re-hairs. Cant have my girls all sporting the same accessories! I would love a clear wand- or possibly ones with different colored glitter~ It will depend on what one of my girls I am buying for... I would also be interested in 'blanks' that I can paint myself to match more complicated color schemes.

If there's a discount for a set I will likely pick that option every time but I'm going to end up with a lot anyway because I have about 30 princess ponies and only 3 wands... I would love to eventually have accessories for all my girls so I would also be interested in picks and hats if you decided to do them...

Sunshine: I could definitely make an orange wand or any of the other colors you wanted. I've also heard a lot of different quotes now of what original wands go for, but the consensus is around $15. I'm leaning toward charging 50% of that, like $7 to $8 a wand.

Ala: I don't think I will charge by color. What is expensive is the resin, not the paint that makes the colors. Unless someone wanted a really difficult color to make or something.

Nichi: I'm thinking of charging $45 for a whole set of wands. As for the combs, I don't think I have a princess comb x_x; I have to look in my accessory box. Anyone want to sell me one to make a mold out of? xD;; That said, I could make even harder to find accessories, if I had something to actually make the mold out of. Like the princess crown clips and such.

Sana: I can make a wand with multiple colored glitter. You should know though, I do not paint these. A drop of paint is mixed in with clear resin and that makes the entire wand it's color. You could possibly paint a wand if you wanted, but it will not look like the wands I make. And like I told Nichi, before I can reproduce a princess pick or comb, I need the original to make a mold out of. Someone needs to sell me one or something. No mold, no repo, LOL

Taxel: Again, I probably will not be charging for extra colors. Unless the color is very difficult to make.

I could probably fly with like $7 a wand, especially if it were a more custom wand like orange etc... - I think that sounds fair... I would LOVE to have crown clips made, OMG... I would die for those, would you still charge 50% of their value? Cause I dunno if I could afford $30 repro crown clips, but I'd still LOVE them!

Sunshine: Considering how small the crown clips are, I can't imagine charging $30 for a clip. They just don't take that much molding material to make. I might charge like $10 a piece, maybe? Though you also have to remember, I don't know own any crown clips, so I can't make a mold to reproduce a repo. So until I get a crown clip, no repos :/

Your repo wand is amazing!  I would totally be interested in buying some if you decide to move foward and make them to sell. I think you should sell them for about half the price of the authentic ones. I think I would buy them seperately rather than as a set. I would probably buy the original colors but if I was doing a custom I might want a different color to go with her.  I would also be interested in other harder to find accessories as well.

I could see $10, maybe a discount for orders of a couple or more for those? I WISH I could help you out with a crown clip, but alas, I too do not own one and so can't provide it to you to made a mold of...

But please keep me posted when and if you sell the wands, I think I'd be definitely interested in an orange one for sure...! They are simply beautiful, your work is awesome. Have you figured out a way to mark them as repros? I mean orange would obviously be a repro, since it wasn't a color released with a MLP Princess. Sorry didn't have time to read through all the comments!
