Floppy Legs?

I recently bought a bag of Monster High dolls. 3 of them have the elastic band legs. They're legs seem floppy. The other dolls I have don't have the elastic band holding their legs. Are they loose? Are they suppose to be a bit floppy? I want to sell one, but I don't want to sell her to someone if her legs are getting ready to fall off.

You can re-string but I would definitely leave it up to the new owner as some people are very fussy about inner elastics! There are tutorials on youtube
