I've held a theory for the last year...the first two or three MH ghouls you bring into your home are scouts. Once you've been approved by some unknown standard - you probably brush their hair, photograph them, buy them clothes and such - the signal goes up and before your flat surfaces know it- pow ! Salli I also refuse to admit to such things! I'm going with Dorrie on this, and I'm assuming Venus spread the word I was trying to make them outfits and buying shoes. What Venus didn't tell them was the outfits are very...interesting.

I know the feeling. You think you only like a few characters and so you get their dolls. But then you see new dolls catching your eye because everyone around here is really good at taking gorgeous photos. And then you keep wanting to take a group picture but you can't because there are still dolls on their way to you. Then you count your dolls and realized they somehow doubled in size in only a couple months...

I agree with Dorribelle's theory of the scouts. My house has clearly been marked and the MH dolls keep coming to live with me!

I'm in the same boat! I started out just watching out for Skelita for Maddy, but then Draculaura and Spectra snuck into my cart! Before I knew it, the Werecat twins followed me home, and Mattel gave me Nefara by mistake when they tried to ship me a replacement Skelita for the one I had bought for Maddy (she had a broken limb). I have no idea how Lagoona or Abbey got in here! Little Dead Riding Wolf skipped on home, and Jinafire slunk in, sneaking Deuce in behind her!! And one I can't name, because I also got one of her for Maddy for Christmas and I refuse to tell her what it is ahead of time!

My husband mocks me playfully. He thinks the dolls are ugly and he has no idea why I want them. Silly boy!

I think they got mine at birth. I had we'll over 10 Barbies before my first birthday... Now they're reeling me back in with MH. Mattel is worse than an opium den.

It all started with Lagoona when the first wave was out. I got her on a whim, I had money she was there kinda thing. I had been eye balling them for quite sometime but couldn't justify buying them til I had some spare cash. Then one day I was here at the arena and I saw there was a area for dolls and it had Monster High!! After that I was seat belted into a roller coaster and haven't been able to escape since!  It's been a great ride so far and I've made some great friends alone the way. Sometimes a doll or a pony can bring people together and that's why the Arena is so fantastic!
Side story- I had my dolls out the other day just kinda giving them some attention and my husband walks by and see me. "I didn't realize you had some many!" I smiled and was like "yea I've been getting some here and there"... tucks the 17 dolls back into their box to keep them safe.

I just got my bestie the CAM witch for her birthday and styled her es Elpheba (she's a HUGE Wicked fan). It her first doll, I'd bet cash money she'll have another doll in a month

As soon as I get my Garboyle Roch and Cat Cam Adabella, as well as the vamp and Smet (witch turned Goblin), I will be fixing Smet with red lips, 4 sharp teeth (two fangs and two shorter ones in the middle, I have to get Adabella figured out as well as a name for the smarmy looking vamp boy...
