I know it stinks when a buyer never even tries to make contact with you about the issue before feedback is left. But as LBS mentioned most educated buyers will look at that and never even think twice that you were to blame.
O.o how big did she think they'd be, life size? A reply feedback along the lines of 'pony sizes are beyond my control, these are standard size for the G3 line?' may be a good idea...as well as blocking the bidder.
I think this person is confused. Apparently she must think feedback is for reviewing how well you liked the item, not for how well the seller's services were. Not smart.I would contact eBay on this one. You were not at fault at all. That was just silly on the buyer's part.
