Just a small rant...

Ok, so on my eBay profile I have a 100% good rating. I strive to please and take pride in my seller rating. But, this last round a gal bought 3 very nice g3 ponies from me and left me neutral feedback because she thought the ponies were smaller than what she felt they would be....ummm really? I am not sure how the fault lies with me if she did not know how big they were...I know that te neutral does not affect my 100%, but seriously? Just kind of irked me...

Aw man that sucks big time! You can contact ebay and ask them to reverse the feedback and remove it, since that wasn't your fault! God that gets my goat when sellers leave stupid feedback for a seller that has nothing to do with the seller!

Ok.....she should of asked how big they were before she bidded on them. Its not your fault at all......

*pony hugs*  I'm sure if she mentions that detail in her feedback to you, that anyone reading the FB will realize this is entirely not your fault and that she's the one with issues.    I wouldn't worry about it  too much if you continue to get positive ratings from the majority of your customers!

I agree 100% with LBS.

If you want you can write a follow-up to her feedback, with something along the lines of "Never asked questions and assumed it to be the size of a G4."  Because going by the comment she left, I am going to assume that is exactly what she thought. 

I know it stinks when a buyer never even tries to make contact with you about the issue before feedback is left.  But as LBS mentioned most educated buyers will look at that and never even think twice that you were to blame.

O.o how big did she think they'd be, life size?  A reply feedback along the lines of 'pony sizes are beyond my control, these are standard size for the G3 line?' may be a good idea...as well as blocking the bidder.

*Nods* I agree ^^    I'm sure the majority of buyers will understand what happened here and that the feedback was not deserved. It shouldnt effect your future sales.  I would definitely do the follow up feedback though as well

Or start stating ALL dimensions on the auction?  XX cm long, XX tall, XX wide at hips/neck, head, XX long mane/tail...

I think this person is confused. Apparently she must think feedback is for reviewing how well you liked the item, not for how well the seller's services were.  Not smart.

I would contact eBay on this one. You were not at fault at all. That was just silly on the buyer's part.

Yeah maybe she thought it was like Amazon where the feedback is what you think of the item.
