help me match a haircolor please!

I'm looking to match this pony's hair. I'm just stumped on what will work.

I want to make it a little more sparkly and dramatic then the exact same color as her body. Give me all your suggestions! DH seems to be sold out of the softer icy blue colors, so feel free to suggest any type of hair as long as you can point me i the direction of where to buy.

I would say Artic Frost.

Retrodolls has a similar thermal color--goes from blue to white.  You can always custom-dye a lighter shade using RIT fabric dye.
