Where to buy hair

So I want to make a Pony custom for my finacé as his groom's gift but I'm not sure where to buy (or even how to rehair!! >.<) and a color that would match best.

So any pointers would be most helpful!!!

I used Dollyhair's Lemon Blonde saran for my Pony. It was a perfect match.

I've also heard good things about Retro Doll's Jonquil synthetic. <3
