Monster High Fakies
« on: October 18, 2012, 06:03:46 PM »
I've been waiting for this, especially after seeing monster high like puzzles at dollar tree. Today I went to walgreens and among the other fakies (such as MLP fakies that are so adorable I had to get) I found these!

The dolls have a full story on the back of the box about how they took a potion that changes their looks and gives them magical powers only at night. Perhaps they aren't fully based off Monster High, but the pink one makes me think of draculaura. The dolls even have a facebook page according to the box but I can't get to it, however I did get to their regular website

Has anyone else seen monster high fakies? I'm fascinated by the idea of what all can come out.

There's a thread about these already, but they were first mentioned to be spotted at Dollar General or something like that.

I was hoping they'd show up in Walgreens!! Because I have no Dollar General near me whatsoever. :P How much did you get each for? They go for $5 at DG.

While I was visiting Estonia, I saw MH fakies called 'Mystic Girls'. They were made by Simba. Link.
Then there were Bratzillaz(?) fakies called Wild Girlz.. Link.
Nothing too impressive there. :P

There's a sale going on at walgreens with a buy 2 get 3rd free sale, they are 6.99 a piece normally at walgreens.

Ooooh the Mystic girls look so pretty! They aren't really Monster High, nore of just gothic girls but still they are awesome!

Are their legs jointed too, or just their arms?

Here's the first thread about them! http://mlparena.com/mlp/index.php/topic,311026.0.html I'mma hijack them for a moment for a question.

I think I'll check out my walgreens tomorrow and see if they have any!

I believe just the arms are jointed, I don't see it on the legs but I'm not taking these out of the box I find the box too cute to part them lol.

I'm scared that might happen to me too. I buy them hoping to open them, but instead I keep them in their boxes. :P
