Ooh, Pullips are great. I warn, some of the stock wigs SUUUUCK. Mine was all ratty and I could do nothing to fix it (sadly too, it was a great color).
If you get one and find you aren't clicking with her, try re wigging!
I did it, and OMG so much better.

I just went to ebay.
There are a few sellers that sell them specifically, like Cool Cat I think.

Oh I love Pullip dolls so much and I would kill to have just one orz sadly they seem to be a little too far out of my price range, which absolutely kills me, because I would love to have one to put some lolita-esque dresses on so she can dress up with me on my frilly days D:

They are such, such awesome dolls though and whoever thought of them was a genius.

Ooh, Pullips are great. I warn, some of the stock wigs SUUUUCK.

This. Almost all of my dolls had crappy stock wigs. Tantus' stock wig was covered in sticky gel that smelled horrible. Henri's stock wig quickly became a frizzy matted mess. Tiphona's stock wig had several tiny bald spots near the top of her head. (easily hidden by her big bow) A clump of hair fell out of my new Dals stock wig. But...Jade, Apollo, and Natsume came with flawless stock wigs. =)

Anyways you should get a Pullip. They're a lot of fun. You can easily get them new wigs. You can always buy a used doll. I have two used dolls in amazing condition.

I bought Ali's eyechips on Etsy; they look super realistic, but without the PITA of modding her for acrylics.  Her wig was second-hand on Dollymarket, it was originally made by Crobidoll.
