Anyone ever customized one of these/Want to learn how to?

So I found this giant thing at the thrift store today... looked intriguing so I thought I'd customize it. Has anyone customized one of these and would anyone be interested in learning how it's taken apart? I'm always willing to do tutorials as I figure things out, so I'm wondering if a tutorial on this one would be worth my time :3

i think a tutorial would be great! plus just a name of the product ect. so know how to find one if ya want to customize it.

I can help with what it is... it's a Barbie Horse styling head, specifically one of the winged horse from the Magic of Pegasus movie.   Sold as a Groom & Glam Styling Head.
