Reissue SO Lagoona: thin hair?

I just bought the reissue School's Out Lagoona with the smaller lip screening and just love her but...

Is it common for this release to have super thin hair or am I just the lucky one...     It's really thinly rooted, it doesn't look bad but I'm one of those people who likes a good thick head of hair on their dollies.  Is this normal for this particular Lagoona?  I'd love for those who already have her to verify.  Thanks so much!

I have heard of people getting thinned haired Lagoonas and I have also heard of others getting thicker hair. Mine is decently thick, I definately wouldn't call it thin. I think it varies from doll to doll though o.O

I find it to be on the thin side. Since her hair is so fair, it makes it all the more worse I think.

I just got her last week too, and mine is ridiculously thin as well :/

Well, at least I know it's not just mine..!  Usually MH dolls have thick heads of hair, wonder why this particular Lagoona is so thinly rooted; different factory maybe?

Yes, mine has thin and scraggly hair. Her fringe is thinner as well. I'm going to keep my original SO Lagoona after all. Her hair is lovely, thick and oh so shiny!

My fiance's was very thin and going bald (or rather, tons of spots where there needed to be plugs but weren't any). I had a heck of a time getting it into a hair style that didn't show her scalp...
