The only wingless RD that cames to mind is from the G3s.  Not sure about G4 earth RD =P

Swordpony had one for sale in the Sales thread. Not sure if it's been sold or not yet. And I think there was one more that hadn't been sold for a while, but I can't find that particular thread. I'd add links, but I don't believe that's allowed. You could always type "wingless rainbow dash" in the Search tool at the top right of the screen and see what comes up!
