Where the Wild things are WIP..Should I finish it? o.<

So this pony [a styling pony] has been sitting on my shelf for ages, unfinished. For some reason I couldn't get a picture that wasn't blurry, so you'll have to bear with me. But my question is...Should I finish it? Would you buy a pony like this? I just don't know if it's worth my trouble anymore. She's black, with a scattered sort of dry brushing [which you can see around the main scene of it], with this scene on her side. Just looking for opinions. It doesn't look so blurry in real life.
