Well, you are under agreement to purchase the item. I do not believe that would be a valid reason (in the eyes of ebay's rules anyways) to cancel the auction. The seller may not have marked it shipped and could have shipped it anyways. What was the method of shipping? Priority?

If he hasn't shipped and it does not arrive within the time frame, you may be able to work something out if the seller actually responds to your messages. If not, you may be left with the Nerf item and leaving the seller the appropriate feedback for late shipping AS long as the seller shipped later then the auction states. If it's a mail issue, then you can't really leave feedback for something that was not the seller's fault.

I figured I would have to deal with having the item. I'm not really concerned about that. I'm more concerned about not receiving the item since I paid for it over a week ago. The listing says it is economy shipping which will arrive in 3-9 business days.

Well, if you paid for it on the 7th, today is the 5th business day since the purchase.

I am not sure I would worry to much as of yet. If it shows estimated delivery by the 18th then you still have some time.

I know not all sellers upload tracking information so there is a good chance it is on it's way.  But in the event that you do not receive it within an ample amount of time, you can always send one last message and explain that you will be opening a case.  It may get them to get the ball rolling and respond back.

It is possible that the seller has shipped it already but didnt mark it as shipped, and its also possible that thay didnt get your messages.  I wouldnt worry about the item not arriving just yet though. If it doesnt show after the expected time then try messaging the seller again :awake:  if after that they still dont respond and you still dont get the item, or a refund, then keep in mind the 45 day paypal deadline and open a case to get your money back.
