My friends all saw the end product before they saw the process (come to think of it, I don't know if anyone's ever see me cut a head off, besides my husband, who has no attachment to them). 

It does sound like you SIL is looking for drama though.

Maybe make a custom twilight pony with a decapitated head just to display....
Then again maybe I am awful...and dislike Twilight since It was all forced on me. Ech.
