Rehairing Barbie horses?

At least i think it's a Barbie horse.
When i found one in my Barbie box upstairs i found that it had a horribly frizzy tail... Screaming to be brushed.
When i brushed it it just came out 
So, is there any way to rehair a Barbie horse? I don't know what i think about having a tail-less horse...

id assume that it can be rehaird the same way a MLP can?  Id know for sure if I can see a picture <3

Kat already posted my thread It's actually dead easy - if you can pry the body apart without splitting it! I'm also going to have a go at rehairing without splitting the body, but I haven't found a suitable bait yet.
