Does she have any markings?  She lookes like either an MGA or Jakks Pacific doll.

winx tend to have much narrower legs, especially at the knees ... she looks more like a disney fairies doll to me ...

The Disney Fairies have bigger, rounder, heart-shaped faces. Don't think she is one of those either.

Her crown doesn't look like any of the ones in the picture, but I believe there are other dolls in the series as well.

I think you are right!  I looked up Storytime Princess Doll on eBay and the bodies are exactly like that.  They have a nameless doll wearing a handmade "Storytime Princess" fashion that looks like your doll.

Thanks for all the help, you guys. She does look almost like the storytime princesses and I think the dress she came with is very similar. I have no clue what happened to her dress but I'll have to see if I can dig it up.

  SOLVED!! Thanks again you guys!! She's 'Rapunzel' from the Storybook Princesses! I found two different releases and she came in the smaller pink box, not the larger blue box. Found this picture of her on flickr in her original stock,
