Hasbro doesnt like and tends not to give that kind of information out unfortunately - "limited" is a nice description to encourage people to buy
So a lot of the numbers bandied around are speculation.
They did however confirm that they had 2000 of the White one on sale at Comic Con and the speculation was that the Black one later available through the Pony Project itself also got a run of around 2000 but that was never confirmed [however they were on the Pony Project website for a reasonable period so either very few people picked them up or they had a bigger run than was suspected]. The white one was $10 at CC and the black $20 online.
The TAF pony was for artists, VIPs and Hasbro execs only - it wasnt as wide as "attendees" as plenty of collectors who went did not manage to get her they instead got the white one [these were presumably left over from Comic Con]. On run number we dont know but it cant have been that many perhaps a couple of hundred - it depends how widely they were distributed at Hasbro; you could hazard a guess on the numbers needed for the event but there was confirmation Hasbro execs were given them as well so this increases the figures.

Breast Cancer - we dont know as they were in no way officially released - a couple of online retailers seemed to each have a handful but they are in low digits for certain
Graffiti variants - I take it you mean the aqua haired one? Again she wasnt official so we dont know a number
Rosey Posey - also a give away to everyone attending the Ball so you would need a rough idea of the scale of event in order to ascertain numbers
Licencing Show Pinkie - 300 - not confirmed
Licencing Show Rarity - 500 - not confirmed
The only unofficial one I know for certain on numbers is the Fashion Size Comic Con from 2011 - thats because I bought all 4 of them before selling/trading 3 of them to fellow collectors.
