Mystery toys help neede!! Plush dogs and small horses

I have some toys here that I would appreciate some help with.

Someone cut off the tush tags.  I didn't think I'd have such a hard time trying to figure out what these are but I'm stuck!!

I keep finding these horses  they're marked china. 
Each one has a diffident number  on them 1,3,4

The puppy is from 1998 MIG

Horses' eyes look like Bratz.

What do the dogs' ears say? DBO? DPO?

I want to say the ears say DBD but it's not super clear.  I've had my doubts that it says DBO too....
One's named Peppy, Spot, and Butch.

Possibly try ghost of the doll.  A quick google search didnt turn up anything but im sure atleast the dogs int he first picture will be on that site <3

I tried there before and had no luck.  I didn't think these guys would give all this trouble.

I'm really happy to know what those puppy's finally are!! I would have never figured out what any of these toys were I really appreciate all the help.  Those dolls are really cute too.

Eskara1862-I did look into barbie horses but I didn't have the success you did.   Thanks a bunch!!
