The number on the bottom of the hoof denotes when the MOLD was created, not the individual pony.

Also, due to choking concerns, Hasbro removed the magnets from the G3 feet later on in the product line but left the "cover plates" so the ponies have a little hollow hoof.  :)

I think most G3s are still running around $2-8 but someone else can probably give you a better idea.  :D

It was very late in the production line that Hasbro left the magnet out of the hoof but didn't change the mold, so you still see the hole where it was supposed to go. (Personally I think they knew the line was slowing down and were trying to cut costs, were no longer planning any playsets so they didn't care of the ponies could 'active' anything, etc.) 2008 might be about right. Other than that I would say the magnet just fell out.

We all love Minty though, so pics would be nice! :D

I just nabbed one from a thrift shop and she, too, is magnet-less and as I recall the "clone pose" ones eventually started to not have them at all. I think it's normal! :)

Congrats and yeah nothing abnormal on the hoof hole.  The later playsets where not magnet but press activated.  Too many law suits about choking on small parts.

Congrats! She is a lovely pony! :) In fact, it is a pony I only discovered today during an eBay search on ended minty items.
An auction for Minty VII recently fetched $43.

Apart from the obvious choking hazard, swallowing a couple of magnets can be life threatening. Hasbro removed them due to the dangers.

Yup - what everyone else said.

She is easily the most sought after Minty and I think a fair price for her is $15-16 at the moment.

Ohhh Christmas Minty!! :D I thought Minty VII was the Wishy Wings one! (I'm terrible with roman numerals, makes collecting G3's a pain :P )

Oooo I have her and never knew she had a missing magnet cuz she's MIP. >.> Learn something new every day!
