Very Cute!  I've seen them on ebay too.  I was trying to decide which posters I wanted more so I don't buy to many.  Seeing it again in your pic makes me want it more now!

It looks like the took the MLP logo  and changed pony to filly.
I can see where it could easily go back to saying pony without the weird spaces.

Judging by all of the same-face going on, I'm going to say it's fan made. Hasbro (hopefully) wouldn't make all of the ponies look so identical, especially on a poster that may have been for sale.

This is definitely fan-made... by several people! Back in season one when the episode with the mane six as fillies aired, it was super popular for people to make their own filly versions. As Hasbro released some vectors, some were able to alter them as well. There are tonnes of these types of images around on the image boards if you care to look

Also remember filly-Fluttershy had the awkward lanky look to her in the cutie mark ep, which is not present here. She's just the same vector body as everyone else.
