So I got my Wave 4 Blind Bags in...and poor Twilight Velvet...she had a white clump of glitter on one bottom part of her hoof...so I thought:

"Hmm...maybe if I try smoothing it out...maybe a nail filer will help?"

So here's what I did:

I took a rough nail filer (with metal on the side) and rubbed the hoof a bit to spread it out. Then, I took a soft nail filer (no rough edges...just plain soft on the side) and rubbed around the hoof a bit to smooth it out.

Repeat 2 times at most...and voila!

Yay! Its always a great feeling when you solve a pony problem which had been annoying you!

So filing like that does not remove the glitter too much in that area?

If theres a clump, it will help spread the clump around. Don't file too much or youll remove all glitter! (Ended up happening on one of Twilight Velvet's other hoof X_X)
