We're in the middle of a transaction (she is buying a custom from me and has paid half). She made the payment back on June 18th and since then, I haven't heard from her at all. I sent her a PM on July 2nd asking if she wanted to buy the pony and needed more time to secure the rest of the funds, or if she'd like me to refund the amount she's paid. I'm really fine either way and I'm not in any particular rush to sell the pony. But I've been holding it for her for over a month and I can't hold onto it indefinitely. I don't mind holding out longer for her but I would like to know what's going on.
Her last activity was July 3rd and she has read my PM but it's been nearly a week and no word from her at all. The lack of communication is concerning.
Is everything okay with her? She has positive feedback and seems really nice (plus, so far, she's the one who's out any money since her funds are currently sitting in my paypal account) so I can't imagine her just skipping off into oblivion. Mostly I want to know if there's anything wrong and she needs to the money back so I can refund her.
UPDATE: Sorry I did update this sooner. But Ligress did pop back up; she was just being a bit slow due to issues accessing the site. But she got her pony and we completed the transaction and all is well and she's fine. =3
