We're in the middle of a transaction (she is buying a custom from me and has paid half).  She made the payment back on June 18th and since then, I haven't heard from her at all.  I sent her a PM on July 2nd asking if she wanted to buy the pony and needed more time to secure the rest of the funds, or if she'd like me to refund the amount she's paid.  I'm really fine either way and I'm not in any particular rush to sell the pony.  But I've been holding it for her for over a month and I can't hold onto it indefinitely.  I don't mind holding out longer for her but I would like to know what's going on.

Her last activity was July 3rd and she has read my PM but it's been nearly a week and no word from her at all.  The lack of communication is concerning.

Is everything okay with her?  She has positive feedback and seems really nice (plus, so far, she's the one who's out any money since her funds are currently sitting in my paypal account) so I can't imagine her just skipping off into oblivion.  Mostly I want to know if there's anything wrong and she needs to the money back so I can refund her.

UPDATE: Sorry I did update this sooner.  But Ligress did pop back up; she was just being a bit slow due to issues accessing the site.  But she got her pony and we completed the transaction and all is well and she's fine. =3

Hmm that seems strange that she hasnt replied to you since she has been online, especially since you have both the money and the pony      Hopefully she will let you know soon. Good communication is really important so even if she is having RL issues or if she cant pay the remainder of the monies just yet, or she needs a refund, then she needs to be honest with you and let you know   
  Have you tried sending her a message via the email/paypal addy she sent you the payment on?  sometimes messages on the arena  get missed due to it marking all PMs as read when you go into your inbox, not just the ones you've actually read, so its best to send the message via email as well just incase

That is probably a good idea.  I'll wait until Tuesday since that will make it a full week since her last activity here.  If I haven't heard from her by then, I'll shoot her an email and see if maybe she just didn't get the PM somehow.

I did!  I'm sorry I didn't update the thread.  I've gotten really busy with art commissions and it kind of just flew away from me!  But we already worked out everything.  She has the pony and I've left her a positive feedback already. 

It seemed like it was just an issue with her internet/access to the site.
