Calculating International shipping?

I need to send two ponies to a buyer in Finland but there don't seem to be any reliable shipping calculators out there.  Halp. ;_;

The USPS's calculater is pretty accurate as long as you have the exact weight.  I use it almost daily for International sales and I honesly have never been out any money.

$38 to ship two ponies to Finland? O.o  That seems incorrect... Can anyone verify this?

There is a drop down menu to click towards the bottom that will give you a First Class rate.

I believe you are seeing a Priority quote.

first class is normally reasonable   priority =   (but its neccessary when you are sending expensive items)
