I found what looked to be someone's former collection in a doll case at Salvation Army about a year ago.  I find one or two there from time to time.

I've found them at local thrifts and Salvation Army. I've never seen them in Goodwill. I believe I have heard or read that some Goodwills will :( destroy them because of the age of the G1s. I think because of lead poisoning. It's horrible! We do find them at church sales too and I have picked up G1s at garage sales.
Looking for a dress for a talking Rainbow Brite doll from the 80\'s (around 18\") in good condition with decal.

I still find G1 MLP at Goodwill from time-to-time. (The Goodwill in Eugene, OR was the best!!) Pretty amazing for a 20 + year old toy. Also, my mum just picked up a bunch of G1 for me from a garage sale. The lady was a young teacher, probably about my age, and was selling off her old ponies!
