Do you spell a pony's name differently?

I'm aware Applejack's proper name spelling should be as I just wrote it. But to me it just looks...unfinished that way. So I always spell it AppleJack or Apple Jack, which I can only imagine grates on the nerves of some of her fans  But I can't help it, it just looks so much better to me that way! Same with my favorite G4 male pony, Thunderlane. Doesn't it just look silly like that? So I always spell it Thunder Lane.

What about you? Any purposeful spelling changes for pony names?

I always write Waterfire 'Water Fire' for the same reasons. It looks silly all as one word!

Hrm, not that I know of. Spacing it out would make them seem more like two words and less like a name. I do however always call my Nightlight by her german name Nachtlicht.

Hmmm....I dont *think* I do but sometimes I wrote BowTie rather than Bow Tie...not sure why

I'm with Jinxxy, to me it is more understandable to blend the two words into a name, so I naturally do that even if the original name was split.
