Fixed up Baby Ruby, tinsel or not?

Ok customs peeps, I value your input!
I'm not really caring either way, so I ask: should I put the tinsel back in her hair for a 100% restore, or just leave her as is and style?

I restored one recently and gave her white stripes instead of tinsel. She turned out beautifully.
