G3.5 Butterscotch for sale!

So this is G3.5 Butterscotch. She is based off of the G1 Pony Butterscotch.
I took some artistic licence with her butterfly cutie mark. as you can see in the picture the original has yellow butterfly silluettes. This one has orange butterflies.

I originally did due the butterflies yellow. However it was killer on the eyes to see. There was just not enough contrast. So I painted over them in orange and gave them a darker orange outline.

I'm sorry in advance to all the purists, but I still really like how she turned out. She is for sale for $35. You can find her on my Etsy account.

Thanks! Me too!  I'm kind of in a cascading phase with these.  Do you think there is a way to do an egyptian pony with a cascading cutie mark?

Thanks Lavender Lace.  I think that the biggest problem with the G3.5's were those freaky eyes.  I think hasbro stopped taking it seriously and just thought "baby doll! everything will look like a human baby doll, even when it's not!".   Overall I think they have a lot of potential as baits to be better than they started.  And no one get's mad at you for ruining a G3.5! Excellent starter ponies for customizing, I think.

Saja, you are one of the few people who seem to really call for an appreciation of the G3.5's. I thank you for that.  I think we customizers should come together to help the G3.5's reach their full potential.

Wow, she looks fantastic! Definitely making me rethink the G3.5, I never thought of them as bait potential but now I'm definitely having second thoughts!

They can be wonderful baits! And the best part is no one ever gets mad when you customize them.  I doubt you'll ever find a lynch mob formed over the destruction of a g3.5! lol.

But seriously, after removing all the nappy hair that these guys came with and all the paint, I realized that they are excellent for a chibi pony look or for making anime style customs. 

For example- your persona that you have in your signature.  Very similar head shape to a g3.5.  A g3.5 could easily be turned into that pony.Especially with sculpted hair.
