Did it just fade? Because you can re-pink it with dye and not have to rehair her. To re-pink just get some RIT dye - Rose Pink is my favorite but some use Petal Pink - I use the liquid because it's easier when it's already mixed up - I just use a fine tooth comb and comb it in. Then rinse it out.
Isn't there a known issue with some of the G3's pink hair, that is just falls apart?

I've never heard of this?! I have loads of G3's and this had never happened to any of mine *is now too afraid to touch any in fear of what may be found*. Wow, that's really upsetting I'm curious about one thing, though. FoolBornUnicorn said that the same thing happened to her Tea Lily. But that's an entirely different shade of pink? Is all pink hair affected?Sorry to hijack your thread, Ria0101. Getting back on topic, I'm really sorry about your pony I second what Colorscapesart said. I have a little bit of Hearthrob here and I just compared it to my Pretty Parasol. It's pretty much perfect as a match. I would get that and possibly some new tinsel if you can and rehair her. My Pretty Parasol's head turns. I think they were all released with turning heads, so it should just be a matter of pulling her head off rather than having to use a knife. You could put her in some hot water to make her a bit softer if you're having trouble getting the head off. Just be careful not to burn yourself.I have found a rooting tool the easiest and quickest way to rehair. The tools aren't hard to make and there should be a tutorial somewhere. But as Colorscapesart said there are many different methods for rehairing and many different tutorials to choose from.Make sure you pour some glue in afterwards so the plugs stay in.If you have trouble getting the head back on, what I do is heat (carefully!) the base of the neck (the body side, not the head) so that it's a bit more flexible. That always works for me, but be careful what you use to heat it as you don't want to melt the plastic! As she's not a painted custom, hot water would probably be best.Hope that made sense
