Nope, she was a normal release in the UK in that pose Ripple was also released in that pose, and Water Lily was released in Seashimmer's pose. Tiny Bubbles and Sea Star were released as pearly babies in the UK as well.

ETA: Oops, forgot the PC The UK baby sea ponies do vary by where they're sold (they go for more on ebay US than ebay UK for example), but are usually around the $10-15 mark.

I could see them going for $20-25 with their floats on ebay US depending on who is looking, but really they aren't too rare on ebay UK and most often go for less

As Glacia says the UK versions always do better price wise when they are on ebay US or open to international shipping. With her float she ll certainly get to the $12-15 by herself and $20-25 with her float.
