Need help with name of custom "pulling" tool>

a few weeks back I was on here and saw someone mention a tool they use for pulling the hair out of a pony's head, I got myself one but have since lost it. I know its a longshot but I'm hoping someone can tell what I am talking about just by description :


Its a a metal tool like tweezers
-looks similar to a pair of scissors
-fits easily in g4  or larger heads
-locks onto what you want to "pull"
-may be a medical device


I even searched through my ebay auction purchases and can't find it 


The original thread mention the tool as a "lifesaver" I think, but I did a search using "pull" "tool" and "lifesaver" to no avail.


Thanks in advance if anyone knows what this mystery tool is called
