Anyone Follow Toy Fairs? - Toymaster 2012?

The ToyNews newsletter I get is talking about a TOYMASTER 2012 toy fair, that Hasbro will be attending.  Anyone know when it is?  Anyone think we'll get MLP news releases from it?

Toymaster is an umbrella association in the UK which brings together "local and independent" toy shops in order to give them bulk buying discounts with suppliers - its a way for little shops to keep prices within a reasonable distance of the big multinational toy retailers and supermarkets. Some of the retailers who are members brand themselves as Toymaster stores whereas others keep their independent name/identity and simply are part of the scheme.

The Toymaster fair is a way for these retailers to see the new lines from suppliers - its this week [22nd to 24th May] and its in lovely Harrogate in the UK! I would strongly suspect it will be pretty much the same line up as was at the NY Toyfair as we run 6 to 12 months behind in toy launches in the UK and always have done.

Woo!  Hopefully this means our UK friends will get more distribution of ponies!

I really do hope it means some retailers will pick up some more of the line...there are something's which got an incredibly  limited release in the UK - the Ride Along set, Pinkies car...items like that didnt seem to be picked up by the supermarkets who are pretty much the main toy retailers now...
