I had a few other mini cds/dvds that needed real cases and figured, why not!

I've never actually seen any of these with the DVD... in Canada I guess they don't include them.

Unless it came in French on that mini disc I doubt we'll get them in Canada with the DVD...

No the DVD version is US only...wrong region for the rest of the world and a lack of 2 languages means no Canadian release [I only learned the 2 language rule myself through an awesome member on another thread]
