Info needed on G3 Dress-Up Ponies Bonus Packs + photos if possible

I'm finishing up the last few details on my newest MLP guide (2009-2012 book) and I need some details on the following sets with bonus accessories. I've heard that the bonus accessory sets were only available in Germany. Is this true? Can someone confirm this? Also, I don't have the bonus sets in my collection. Can someone list the bonus accessories for each set if you happen to own them or better yet, take a photo of your MIB bonus set/ sets for use in the guide? You will be credited of course!
These bonus sets are going to be the end of me lol!

They are not a range I know very much but it certainly looks like you have covered all the bases!

OK, this is probably more than you wanted to know, but...

Bonus Toola Roola and Cheerilee came from an eBay seller in Germany (purchase date: 10/7/2008).

Bonus Scootaloo and one of the Bonus Pinkie Pie sets came from an eBay seller in China (purchase date: 5/15/2009).

The other Bonus Pinkie Pie set also came from an eBay seller in China (purchase date: 5/20/2009).

All sets have been openned and placed on display, so I can not re-take the MIB pics.

Very informative!  I love all the accessories they came with!
