not completely pony art - posable lucky lucke figure

hey everyone, i hope its okay to post this here! ^^

for last years christmas, i made this posable doll of the popular comic character LUCKY LUKE!
i always "borrowed" the comics as a kid from my step dads shelf. He is one of my childhood heroes!

and i can say -dont underestimate the workload in these posable dolls-. >.< If you want to make one for your own, plan at least 4+ days for it. without other work or school!

anyway, here he is!
jolly jumper was made mainly by my sister, i just heped with the mane.

i still have 2 posable dolls in progress. the are al sculpted but have no fur and scales. >.<

What I'm curious about is how to sew the fabric with the wire I saw a tutorial on how to do it before but the person took it down

Dreamchrystal, i wrapped pieces of soft leftover cotton around the skelterial wire, because luke is so thin. but i saw a tutorial, that sou, usually, sew a coat for the wire itself, then the plush arpund it, and then stuff it like a regular stuffed animal. ^^
