Bald G 3.5 pinkie pie?

Ok I go this girl from a goodwill ot and she has not holes for hair plugs    and some weird notch in the nback of her head...anyone have any idead what going on here?

That looks similar to the Ponyvilles who had interchangeable hair - there were a few G3.5's that had interchangeable hair styles.

Ooh, I'd completely forgotten about the interchangeable hairstyle G3.5s with the molded hair!  If I had seen a bald Pinkie whilst thrifting, I would have been curious, too.
