Swapping G4 heads

I know there have been quite a few alicorn customs made by swapping the heads from a G4 Pegasus and Unicorn. Are there any issues with doing this or is it a straightforward, one size fits all kind of thing?


I want to swap the heads from two white ponies for a custom I'm making but I just want to make sure that it can be done without needing extra sculpting to cover a gap or anything..? Thank you!

I believe they are one size fits all.  I've never made an alicorn but I had to use a Plumsweet Head on a Fluttershy Body and vice versa when making G4 custom Posey and Surprise.  I didn't have any problems with those.

yep i do it all the time! especially if i want a different eye mold for a custom. unlike G3, G4s all have the same head/neck shape so its super easy to swap
