So cute! That outfit is absolutely amazing! It looks so much like real fabric. And how did you get the bangs to lie down flat? They look so good like that!

Thank you!  I held the bangs down with a rubber band, and then poured boiling water over them.  I let them dry, and they removed the rubber band and fluffed them just a little.
