Need some advice please on FLocking

Ellis is being kind enough to send me a bit of flocking to use on a pony. I have had someone request a Harry Dresden Pony with a stubbly beard. Like a 5:00 shadow. I wanted to do it in flocking because it would be super neat..

But I have no idea HOW to do this.. Do I paint the stubble on and then add white flocking to the paint and it will still show brown? Or do I use brown flocking? Ellis is sending me some brown I think.

A step by step guide would be super useful if anyone is willing to help.

Also, where is a good place to buy it online? I thought Dollyhair sold it but I didn't see it there.

I bought mine off ebay, and I used the same stuff in this tutorial

I did it over a spotty pony and the spots still show thru, so your beard would show thru if painted first. Never used coloured flocking, co cant help with that,

Whit is all I had and I sent you about half the bottle. you should have enough to practice on Just use a shade darker paint and all will be well.
